Please help in my query.
The value of stock as per balance sheet and P&L is not same as per the total value of stock
for example: value of stock as per balance sheet & P&L is 125000 (cost of shares) & Total value of stock is 100000 (market value).
furthur there is no any adjustment entry (i mean i do not found any adjustment entry in day book), if there is any adjustment entry for making balance sheet as per AS13 (valuation of investment, cost or market price, whichever is lower)
may be there is any hidden entry, if it is possible in the tally (to hide entry) then please tell me the procedure to make it in read mode.
& is it possible to show market value without any change in cost, if yes then please tell the procedure
