Hi Sir,

it's a non profit organisation rent paying rs.2500 /- few month they asked use help to people now how is pass tally entry

Correction  in above  entry  that it should be  uder Income & expenditure  account  insted  of Profit and loss a/c

If you are not paid bank payments then make cash payment entry as per above...

Rent A/c Dr - Rs. 2500
To Cash A/c - Rs. 2500

Yes if rent paid by cash, the journal entry will be
Rent A/c Dr..... Rs. 2500
To Cash A/c Rs. 2500
(Being rent paid by cash)
