can any body please tell me how to brought down last year closing stock as opening stock in to present year, And how to pass sale entries based on that opening stock in tally 9?

Just go to sgock acccount from trading acciunt, that will automatically ask you for opening and closing stock. Once you have entered both the figures, there is no need for any further adjustment because that has already adjusted figures.
