Taking ITC on a.c
we are purchase in air conditioner for office use but what should ITC claim or not in gst please tell me and explain and section please

Yes,Movable -Split A/C -You claim.
Please notification or section tell me
No ITC cannot be claimed
No separate Notification Ji-On the Blocked credits list ,It's not.
It's un-movable A/C -You cannot take ITC.
ITC available......
But ITC cannot be claimed in this case
