MY CLIENT IS DOING BUSINEE OF TRADING OF GOLD ORNAMENTS . HE IS REGISTERED IN GUJARAT UNDER GST LAW. IF HE CARRY GOODS WITH HIM AND SELL TO OTHER STATE SAY ODISA AND SELL GOODS THERE, WHAT DOCUMENTS HE NEED TO CARRY WITH HIM DURING TRANSIT ? BUYER OF SUCH GOODS ARE NOT PRE DECIDED AS WELL.

Now The situation he ll take TAX INVOICE only........ After E-way bill he took Invoice and E-way bill.

It s a sale or supply on approval - u can subsequently bill once sold and pay igst

transit by rail and goods would be carry by him self

Transportation is not a matter now. Bcoz, All ways are opened.....

he will be requiring to carry eway bill (or whatever term it may be used in gujarat) along with the original invoice..

anybody can rectify me somewhere if i am wrong

Once e-way bill is introduced (Hopefully from 1 Oct), of value of goods is more than 50k, then you have to carry e-way bill along with Invoice.

whom to sell goods are not pre decided. to generate e way bill we need name of buyer on other hand.
