The institute has not issued any notification on use of rupees symbol, so i will suggest you to write in exam in old symble i.e. "Rs.".

its better to write Rs. as we are used to it so unintentionally that will pop up first

Write whatever is written in question.

Go with the question paper.Follow Rs if there is Rs. Follow symbol if symbol is there.

 u can use any........its a not a big issue  .......there is no notification but u can easily note the new symbol in the ICAI's magazine/news letters......
