Sweet Shop owners are eligible to opt for Composition Scheme u/s 10 of CGST Act, 2017; if their turnover in the FY does not exceed ₹ 1 Crore ( Proposed Amendment to increase the threshold limit to ₹ 1.5 crore from ₹1 crore ).
