Composition Dealer filed Quarterly return from January 2021 to March 2021on 22-05-2021 with pays and interest.
Tax Authority issued Form GST REG-17/31 Notice on 13-06-2021 on GST Portal,and mention the reason is that "Composition Taxpayer has not filed returns for three consecutive tax periods"
You are hereby directed to furnish a reply to the notice within seven working days from the date of service of this notice.
Unfortunately today (10-07-2921 ) could see notice.Regidtration is currently Suspended
