support for pe 2 student who converted to ipcc

hallo friends

one of my friend was in pe2 and now he converted himself into ipcc but now he is not eligible for nov2010 exam so i think this is unfair for all of them who converted to ipcc because they have already given 3 or 4 years to the institute and now they have to wait another 9 month for exam so i think how to help them so i am forwading a email to the president  of icai and i requested to all of you please forward a single mail to him for their  support  so there are email id given below
