My one party in Patna and one party in Begusarai. My location is at Kolkata. I want to raise Sales return creditnote against Patna party and raise same invoice against Begusarai party and want to supply goods from Patna to Begusarai. How shall I raise Eway bill? Please suggest.

You have to raise CNT to your Patna dealer as there is no movement of goods so no E-way is required in this case
And to delivery Goods from Patna dealer to Beusarai , you have to generate Eway by :
Under Despatch From : Address of Patna Dealer
Under Bill To : Address of Begusarai dealer
And to delivery Goods from Patna dealer to Beusarai , you have to generate Eway by :
