We have registrations in multiple states with several additional places of business (APoB) in each state. The APoB is an altogether different city in most cases. So when our vendors supply the materials, the lorry drivers often get confused as the billing address is in a different city and the invoice of the supplier mentions prominently the billing address. Can the suppliers mention our APoB address as the Billing address ? Or is it compulsory that the billing address on invoices of our vendors should be the Principal place of Business only. ITC is important to us.
