supplier of silver gift articles/salary income
I am salaried employee working in organisation dealing in silver gift articles and utensils.I also do my personal work as per my desgine and supply to silver shop owners and direct custoumers. Now i want to do my work under GST what i have to do please guide me as before my work have nothing to do with white (pakka) everything is in black(kacha)only as no shop keeper ever bothered for the same.

if your turnover is 20 lacs or more or if you are doing interstate supply then you will have to register under GST else you don't need to register..the purchaser who are registered will has to pay tax under RCM basis.
