Supplier cum service provider

I am a supplier of Cement bricks and I provide the transport for the same for delivery at customers site.

Do i have to issue seperate bills for supply and service.

I have taken the trucks on contract for which I pay monthly to the owner.

Now the issue is GST on cement bricks is 28% and transportation charges are taxable @ 5%.

What are my options.

As supply of Cement Bricks is the dominant/ principal supply hence GST rate against cement bricks will be applicable , If you show the freight at the tax invoice.
