Suggestion for a firm name

Hey Friends,   I  want to start a Ca firm but i am little confused related to my firm name..would you please suggest us firm name:- My Name:-Prasoon Kumar

I also have a friend whos semi qualified..he wants to be a partener bt atpresent he cannot be..can i include his name in the name of the firm somehow
