I am not your student . I have following question-

If a manufacturer company (orissa)

1) exports and

2) branch transfer and

3) sell through consigment agent ( outside orissa)

How ITC under Vat will claim ? What are the documents require to be produce to govt dept to get refund since there is no intra state sale ?
