For some companies it do matter. Some companies put a pre-restriction of no. of attempts for appearing in interview. While some companies may prefer first attempter rather than multi-attempter, but still u can convince them if you have sound practical knowledge that u r better eligible for the job.
And do remember no. of attempts will only effect in the beginning of your career, after that its your own hard work and experience which will take you ahead. Hence try to complete it in first attempt but in case its not possible still no need to panic, you will get no. of opportunites to proove yourself.

It doesn’t really matter - how many attempts you took. You might face problems in the beginning, especially in certain sectors and companies placing a lot of importance on academic achievements.
In the long run its your experience rather than anything else, that makes the difference.

IT DOESNT MATTER AT ALL, U clear the exams in 1st attempt or in 10th attempt, nobody bothers to ask you about your % & no of attempts.
Although i cleared in 1st attempt, in last 3 yrs, no one has asked me about these things. So dont worry and hit the exams..

It is better to get yourself qualified in 3-4 attempts at max.
But it is good if you are able to get a rank in your 5th or 6th attempt.
