Need a clarfication whether a person can sign the subscribers sheet on the behalf of the company as well. For example, to subscribe 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each.
1. Abc Ltd. for 9999 Shares : Mr A on behalf of the Company
2. Mr A for 1 Share : Mr A for his share

Yes, it is possible. In this case Board resolution of ABC Ltd will be required for subscribing to shares in the company and authorising someone to sign documents.
Mean a same person can sign on behalf of company and in his personal capacity ?
