Can a private company be a "subscriber to MOA" of another private company? If so, who signs the subscriber's page wherein subscriber's details are to be written? Kindly let me know the procedure of signing the MOA page in such cases.

Yes.... a Private Company can be a subscriber to MOA of another Private Company. For the purpose of signing MOA it may authorise any of its representative to sign on its behalf.
