SHOULD THE SUBSCRIBER OF THE NEWLY INCORPORATED COMPANY MUST PAY THEIR SUBSCRIBED AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY AFTER INCORPORATION OR THEY CAN PAY IT LATER?

Dear Friend,

As of today, there is no time limit within which the subscripttion money should be brought in. A reasonable period of say two / three months may therefore be considered for the subscripttion money to be brought in.

However, in case the Financial Year is closing in between, it is preferred to bring in the money (even in cash) before the said date.

Under the new Companies Bill, 2012, there is a time limit of 180 days to bring in the money. The Bill is not yet passed by the Rajya Sabha. This is just FYI.
