Submit EVC button not enabled

Dear All,

I received show cause notice against my new gst application. after attaching required details I am unable to submit via evc coz this button is disabled and my application completion show 98%. all mandatory fileds were filled.
can anyone guide me probabilities for this ?

Yes authorized signatory was added and it's Partnership firm
