Submit button of GSTR - 1 not activated

facing the same problem if any one has solutions please revert

Me too facing the same problem since 3 hour. After submitting GSTR-1, the status do not change from not filed to submitted and the option to file with DSC or EVC is not enabling. And the same form is being displayed again and again. Do we have to fill up the table 13- Documents Issued since its not prefilled in Excel File generated by Tally.
