Submission of form 103 and form 108 together

Hi Institute has sent me letter for delay in articleship for 17 days. I have joined my firm from 4th Jan. Now can I submit form 103 and form 108 together as form 103 is required to be submitted within 30 days of articleship commencement date..

Form 108 and 103 can be submitted together.
