One shareholder has 50000 shares of pvt ltd co. out of which 10000 is through allotment and balance is through transfer. Now co. has sub devided its shares from rs. 10/- to rs. 1/-. how destinctive number will be allocated after sub division of shares?????

After sub-division, the number of shares would be 5lacs of Re 1 each.
earlier the shares were of Rs.10each. It means 50000*10/per share whihc comes to Rs. 5lacs. Now the value is Re1 per share, so shares would also be 5lacs in number i.e. 500000shares/Re1/share.
