If a private limited company wants to make an application for strike off, whether such company willl need file its pending annual returns, annual financial statements & appointment of auditors. If not then directly proceed for filing Form STK-2 alongwith relevant attachments.
Also if aynone can share dfra format & resolutuion for strike off will be very helpful.
