May be because ca's don't have time or they are bound with just traditional jobs associated with them. may be they are so involved in the profession that they have no knowledge of anything else.

Or because they are built for accountancy, tax and audits only.

NO CA's are not Dumb... But if they go there then surely Audit & Income Tax Raid may start so...
