The stock recipient send the stocks return to the Supplier due to some technical problem (Actually it is return goods), then the recipient can raise again the Tax Invoice to the supplier or not, if not the recipient can raise the debit note to supplier, is it correct or not. (in these options which is correct). Please clarify it.
