We are manufacturers of Polyester yarn having our unit in Phalgar [Maharastra], having sales depots in South India. Originally the goods once has been transfered from factory to Karnataka [Bangalore] company's own sales depot, now is it possible to stock transfer the goods to our other branches [Belgaum] which is within the state. Is it possible ? under what rule and procedure. Quick reply is highly appreciated.
You may trf. the stock to the branches in the states but 'F' form is not applicable on it.
I have completed my B.Com and now appearing in CS Executive, i wants to be a STP. How can i will register as STP(MVAT). and please give me information about fees for registration of STP in maharashtra

In Karnataka, the goods can be transferred using e-Sugam forms. login to the Karnataka dept website and enter the details of e-Sugam. A unique number and a certificate will be taken as printout from dept website. the same can be carried along with Stock Transfer Document while transferring goods from Bangalore to Belgaum.
