Stock transfer unit within 10 kms in uttar pradesh. is e-way bill required?

Hello,

I have a unit within 10kms which act as warehouse/manufacturing also and also added to "additional businesses" in GST Certificate. What is the process to transfer goods to additional place of business? Do I require to make Delivery Challan, E-way Bill to be made? and what all other things are required?

Also if we sale from additonal place of business then in invoice FROM will come of main address or additional place of business?

We are based in U.P.

Is additional business has same gst registration number??
If the answer is No, then you can use delivery challan for stock transfer. Also eway bill is required if goods value more than 50k and transported in motorized vehicle.

using delivery note you can make stock transfer.

Sorry for the typing mistake.

Is additional business has same gst registration , then you can use delivery challan for stock transfer. Also eway bill is required if goods value more than 50k and transported in motorized vehicle.

Yes same gstin number and motorised vehicle is used, so do I need to create e-way bill ? to and from would be same gstin number?
