A company has to shift goods from one city to another City of Uttar Pradesh and also in Bihar and Uttarakhand.
The company is a registered partnership firm and is registered dealer in UP.
What are the forms for the same... ?? also if possible, mention the section/ rule of UP vat act/Rules. thanks
For Uttrakhand form 16 (UTTVAT) and for Bihar Form D IX (Bihar Value Added Tax) are required for stock transfer from other state to concern state.
WithIn UP you required form 21( UPVAT) for following items( value Rs.50000 and above).
1. Mentha Oil
2. Cement
3. Iron / Steel
4. Supari
