IT Company transfer 200 laptops from Pune to Noida.Employees return back laptops when they leave or resigns from job.
Can we treat it as "Transfer on a Returnable basis" & get it exempted under GST or Will it be considered as stock transfer & taxable ??

Its not a stock transfer niether consdered as a supply. The Laptos be dispatched by Delivery Chalan U/s 55 of CGST Rule.

Thanks for prompt reply.

So transfer of laptop will not be taxable ??

No... it is not taxable. For a taxable event there must be a sale consideration. But for transfer, you need the E-way bill.

Thanks Sir
