We have listed Company. We have Completed the formalities with ROC for change of name.
I want to know what are the formalities to be carried out with stock exchange after change of name.
Further which documents are required to be submited with Stock Exchange for intimation of change of name?

You have to filed Notice of meeting , Proceeding of Meeting, Aileterd Copy of MOA and AOA, and also a certified copy of ROC. and make changes in all the document displayed the address.
