HELLO GUYS ......I AM PCC STUDENT I HAVE DONE MY 18 MONTHS TRAINING SINCE HASNOT RECEIVE ANYSTIPFUND FROM MY PRINCIPLE

HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILLGIVE ME IN LUMPSUM IN THE LAST WHEN MY ARTICLESHIP IS FINISHED PLZZZZ HELP ME IS THERE ANY EFEECT ON MY ARTICLESHIP IF HE DO SO???????????

THERE ARE SO MANY STUDENTS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SAME PROBLEM PLZ GUYS SUGGEST US SOME OF U SAID THERE IS NO PROBLEM AND SOME SAID THERE IS A PROBLEM KINDLY GIVE US A CLEAR IDEA.........

Make an application to institute regarding ur problem. I know we are articles.

But wt ever work we are doing for that we should get our stipend.

Remember following things:-

1. Make Sure that ur attandance must be quoted on Attandance Register with the Principal.

2. Dont give application for a leave to Principal.

If ur CA is not giving u stipund, then no problem for u. Even u can put ur CA into Trouble by complaining to the Institute abt this.

Because this is Professional Misconduct by a Member. So no problem for u, bt it may be serious problem for ur CA, if u want.... So dont worry...

every chartered accountant has to keep the records of the stipend he is paying as the stipend can only be paid through an account payee cheque only. if he is not paying stipend top you just write an application to the institute on the ground of professional misconduct, the institute will itself take care of matter by inspecting his pass book and bank statement.hope you will get ur stipend.
