my question is whether articles are eligible for stipend during the exam leaves (Only for the leaves that are permissible by ICAI i.e for the 1/6th of the working days)

As much i know I dont think institute has provided us such kind of special facility
It depends on CA
but he will not give..................surely
O DONT KNOW THE EXACT RULE REGARDING THIS .
BUT MY CA IS NOT GIVING STIPEND DURING LEAVE -- - -- - - - - -
Even i am not sure and never heard anyone getting stipned during leave
In my firm, my prinicipal has paid it to some of the articles...
rite now i m on exam leave...so just wanted to know whether i wud be paid!!!
