if a university student is providing home tution to primary/secondary student and also getting stipend from internship (no tds) , bank interest
so which ITR form he should file ?

File ITR 1 if tution income is not substantial. Otherwise, ITR 4.
Sir tution income is rs 400000 and interest income is 968
so is it ok to file ITR 1 and report tution income as income from other sources??

Better would be ITR 4.
