STCG tax 111a ......to be taxed on stt also....
calculation of STCG on shares held for investment purposes.....is stt to be included and taxed on it ?

so for example ........if i sell share at Rs. 100 and stt paid is Rs. 1
so tax to be paid on 99
or
100 ?
so tax to be paid on 99

100 ?
Sell price remains 100, but to arrive at STCG purchase price, brokerage, stt etc. are deducted.
