Stay healthy during revision time.

Dear fellow students,

I post things here so that nobody dies from stress like my brother. If it helps even one person I will be delighted that it worked out and saved. I am sharing things from books I read. So don't credit me for that ever I am not worthy of it

1. Take a brisk walk in the mornings as it improves the neuroplasticity of brain which will improve brain function.

2. Meditate twice a day. It helps to relieve stress, improves memory & speed at which you comprehend.

3. Have nuts like Almonds and Walnuts as they have the essential micro-nutrients required for brain function.

4. Revise before you sleep. 

5. Be consistent in revising. 

6. Keep short notes with you always. 

7. Do not waste time.

8. Sleep well.

Hi. I will be giving fourth attempt but only first group i have to go for.. how should i plan my revision. I have only done material and will finish the rest few chap in law and audit in a day or two.. please help me

You should have studied earlier. But it is not late. 

 

1. Start meditating. Put your mind in Alpha meditation mode. Then automatically you will remember and reproduce everything you read.

2. As you are doing just 1st group try to cover all the subjects everyday. 

3. In the morning start with the subject you are comfortable with. 

4. Allot 2 hour slots for each subject. In 2 hour slots you divide into 2. Every one hour study must be divided into something like 45 mins study, 5 mins relaxation and 10 mins revision of what you studied or revised.

5. During 10 mins relaxation, lie down as it increases oxygen supply to brain. 

6. After finishing a slot (2 hours) start next subject. 

7, After breakfast, lunch and dinner workout problems as brain will be occupied with digestion. Don't do theory after eating.

8. Eat healthy. Sleep well. DO some walking or yoga.

And try to revise practice manual, RTP, suggested answers everyday for 2 hours. It makes you comfortable being on exam mode. 

 

You can achieve anything you want to achieve if you focus on achieving it. Don't listen to anything negative. Stay cheerful and confident. 

Whatever you revise, revise it again on 6th or 7th day. And after 2 weeks. I read all this in a book. If you have any more doubts, feel free to ask.
