Hi,
as per new act there is no need of holding Statutory meeting. But what about the company incorporated on 1st Jan,2014 under old Act? is there any new E- Form for filing this meeting to ROC?

There is no provision for statutory meeting in new Act. However, MCA has still made available Form 22 (statutory report) under the old Act on its website.
