If abc private limited appoints bcd as statutory auditors will they also qualify to be tax auditors and file form 3ca and 3cd.And as on 30.9.2020 what all are should they file
Company can appoint Tax Auditor and Statutory Auditor separately or same person. Its company's wish. Genarally its cost viable for company and it will take less time for statutory auditor to complete tax audit
If tax auditor is appointed separately then what all are should he file on 30.9.2020 tax audit report and itr 6 thats it or anything else should he file.
Tax Audit Report in Form 3CA 3CD is enough. ITR 6 should be filed by Company. But Tax auditor newly appointed has to obtain NOC from previous tax auditor before accepting audit.
