if any person doing business individually...or if any person doing business in proprietor ship form.....are they same or different???in case proprietor ship is there different PAN card required apart from his own PAN card??

It means same. For proprietorship......... individual pan is applicable. Separate pan not issued.

Sir,is any separate act for proprietorship business ?like partner ship act 1932 for partnership business
