Im businessman i have registered business in state westbengal and i purchase material from state maharastra. So, my question is this can i Under GST law am i able to send material from maharastra to other state lioe delhi U.P etc without taking material to west bengal and then too other state. Please help me out.

Yes it comes under bill to ship to model, where you can ask the supplier to make invoice to you and send the goods to the third party
Thank you for your reply. Like I im A from west bengal and B is from Maharastra and C is from delhi.A is purchasing fromB and B is raising bills to A. A is sitting in West bengal without taking material to west bengal he making bills to C who is in Delhi . Thus the material not came to west bengal its purchased in maharastra and from maharastra its has been sent to delhi. Is there any law in this type off transaction. Can we do that in GST if yes please help me out
