Please let me know that ECOM OPERATORS has to take GST registration in every state where its suppliers are situated.
I want to know that GST registration in every state is required for TCS or for regular GST registration or both registrations are required in every.
state?
Please give your views with rules or section if possible.

For TCS seperate registration required in the state in which you do business.
As per Section 24(x) of CGST Act 2017, every electronic commerce operator who is required to collect tax at source under section 52 in the particular state has to be registered compulsory under the particular state GST.
with out getting registered in the state of supplier, Collecting the Tax as per the head of Tax (IGST or CGST and SGST ) quoted in Invoice is not possible.
