My company is asking resignation from auditor who signed our previous financial because he is also the auditor for our competetor. however the signed financial yet to be approved in coming AGM.
my question is, is it possible to take resignation from current auditor before AGM and can he give the resignation before AGM?
what are the procedure for the same
Auditor may be removed by soecial resolution
After giving opportunity of being heard
& by prior approval of CG
Auditor needs to file within 30days of resignation to company & registrar documents related to resignation
