Big 4-My frnd got 6l pa ,even after AIR 24 in may 09 in E&Y,but with him another person joined without any rank @ 15l pa,due to his industrial training exprnc in punj lloyd.

Banking-another frnd of mine got 7l something package in this years placement with ICICI. he cleared in 3 attempts

Companies-I see people earning atleast 4.5l pa with a construction major..

Baki it mostly depends on ur ability to negotiate n interpersonal skills.

This year EY gave salary hike of around 11% of CTC and bonus of 11% of Basic ....

Is anyone aware with the such information about KPMG at executive level ??

You should ask minimum 6 - 7 lacs CTC
