Hi,
We want to start some NGO from our own funds & some donations collected to help poor persons and childrens,how can we get the registration for the same?
I think we need to registered under the society Act please correct if i am wrong but i am not getting the exact way to do so.

You can form a trust or society or a section 25 Company.
For Society u need minimum seven members and for section 25 company u need minimum 2 members.
