What is the proceedure that a company has to follow if it wants to pursue a bussines which falls in the category of THE ANCILIARY OR INCIDENTAL OBJECT CLAUSES in its MOA

I think there are many ANCILIARY OR INCIDENTAL OBJECT CLAUSES in any MOA. but if any one want to start his business which is mentioned at MOA as ANCILIARY OR INCIDENTAL then a registration would be from a perticular department of the state .and it should be informed ROC and a resolution may be required. Please correct information if anything wrong.
