The reason is this that they do such a fine adjsutement that it is impossible to prove that they are guilty of any act(financial only and not policical).  Our income tax officers who are qualified to IAS level cannot even prove that they are doing antipropriety transaction much against public interest . These people are simply amazing masters of transaction sans ca qualification ,

yes kumar birla is CA.....mohandas is CA but heading HR rather finance in infosys...........Even ketan parekh who did stock scam is CA....but  harshad mehta was not CA...........uday kotak NOT CA but mba from JBIMS........

Plz correct what some said.......anil singhvi is CA but  not the one who is with cnbc but who quit ADAG recently who worked with gujrat ambhuja.....udayan-cnbc is not CA but b.sc n MA in economics................CFO of cnbc is CA.........manchanda of NDTV quit NDTV long back to build CNN-IBN with rajdeep sardesai is CA(manchada is CA not Rajdeep)....
