Can any Body tell me the Stamping rates in Rajasthan for Increasing In Authorised Capital From Rs. 1 Lac To 20.00 Lac.

Stamping is not required for rajasthan for increase in auth cap. It is only for delhi and mumbai
Are you sure that the stamping is not required in Rajasthan.?
what is stamp duty payble in mumbai for issue of share certificate whether it is on face value or on face + premium amount
is premium amount also written in share certificate
