Can  Stamp Duty on share certificates issued in Mumbai be paid otherwise than by way of franking?

There are 3 ways:

 

1. Franking on share certificates

 

2. Affixing Adhesive Stamps

 

3. consolidated stamp duty can be paid to collecter of stamps.
