stamp duty on immovable property
Can i pay stamp duty in cash more than 3 lakh rs. please suggest me.

No. No stamping authority accepts it.

No you cannot pay it as per Income Tax Act
Section 269ST of IT act.......
there is a exemption for payment to govt. is this cover in govt.
Only Sub-registrar of registration; but not its authorized agents......
