Annexure A of Form 5 says that stamp duty while increasing authorised capital for company having registered office in West Bengal is NIL. Just want to confirm that whether West Bengal Stamp act provides for any duty on the same as I am unable to find the act anywhere and neither I have any contact based in Kolkata.
Experts views solicited as matter is of little urgency and important.
